About Stephen Egan Sr.

Stephen Egan’s career in real estate began in the mid-to-late 1980s when he earned his real estate license while in college. In 1990, he began working with an established building company, where he was mentored in the fundamentals of construction and development. By 1992, Stephen began acquiring his own lots, marking the start of a development career that now spans over 20 years.

Throughout his 35+ years in the industry, Stephen has managed projects of all scales, from single-unit custom builds to expansive developments featuring over 140 units. His deep-rooted experience in towns such as Whitman, Abington, Rockland, and Bridgewater allows him to navigate local market complexities with precision.
